The quarter, conducted expertly by Hugh Deam, was also Charlie Bates\u2019 first inside to the method, supported by Teresa, Kathryn, Paul and Steve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was also Charlie\u2019s final practical target for his ART Learning the Ropes Level 5, achieved in less than eighteen months after starting to learn to ring.
